The candidate should have hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications, particularly business applications such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, Complaint Management Systems, CMS, and E-commerce websites.The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing testing activities, identifying defects, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with development and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesTest web and mobile applications, including CRM, ERP, HRMS, Complaint Management Systems, CMS, and E-commerce applications.Review requirements specifications and technical design documents and provide timely, meaningful feedback.Analyze functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.Identify, document, track, and follow up on bugs through the complete defect lifecycle.Perform System Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and other required testing activities.Perform thorough regression testing after bugs are fixed.Prepare and present testing status reports to the relevant stakeholders.Analyze test results, identify issues, and escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams.Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Coordinate closely with developers, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of defects.Support the QA team in maintaining testing standards and processes.Handle and guide junior QA team members and coordinate day-to-day testing activities.Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards before release.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of proven experience in Software Quality Assurance / Software Testing.Strong knowledge of Manual T
