This is a great opportunity for a fresher looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, digital marketing, branding, and social media content creation.The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging social media posts, banners, creatives, and promotional materials.Support the marketing team with creative requirements for digital campaigns.Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.Assist in creating branding and marketing collateral.Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets.Convert creative concepts and briefs into visually appealing designs.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and visual styles.Take feedback and make revisions as required.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.Basic understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and composition.Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.Good understanding of social media creative formats.Ability to work on multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.Strong willingness to learn and improve design skills.Good to HaveKnowledge of Figma, CorelDRAW, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.Experience creating social media content.A portfolio or sample designs, including academic or personal projects.Who Can Apply?Freshers or recent graduates in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related fields.Candidates with relevant certifications or strong design portfolios are also encouraged to apply.Candidates who are passionate about design, branding, digital marketing, and creative content.What You’ll GainHands-on experience working on real-world design projects.Exposure to branding, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.Opportunity to work closely with marketing and creative teams.Build a professional design portfolio.Learn industry-standard design practices and workflows.If you are a creative fresher who loves designing and wants to turn your ideas into impactful visual content, we'd love to hear from you!
