Senior Account Executive

Drive end-to-end B2B sales opportunities from prospecting to closure.

Engage with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across industries.

Manage the complete sales cycle including discovery, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.

Build strong client relationships and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Work closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams to create winning solutions.

What You'll DoOwn and manage qualified opportunities from discovery to closure

Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, business goals, and decision-making processes

Present solutions, proposals, commercials, and business cases to prospects

Drive consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders

Negotiate pricing, contracts, commercials, and terms of engagement

Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets

Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, consulting, and leadership teams to create tailored proposals

Build strong relationships with prospects and convert them into long-term clients

Maintain accurate CRM updates and deal-stage movement

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

What We're Looking For5-7 years of experience in B2B sales with strong closing experience

Proven track record of closing deals in IT Services, SaaS, Consulting, AI, Cloud, CRM, ERP

Strong understanding of enterprise or mid-market sales cycles

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle objections and complex decision-making processes

Experience working with qualified leads generated by SDR/BDR teams

Strong commercial acumen and value-based selling approach

Comfortable working with revenue targets and sales forecasting .
