Telesales - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the leads provided by Fin Maverick.

2. Understand customer requirements and recommend the relevant Fin Maverick programme.

3. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, pricing, and value of the offerings.

4. Convert interested prospects into paid registrations and enrolments.

5. Follow up consistently with interested and undecided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

6. Handle customer questions and objections effectively.

7. Identify high-intent leads and prioritise follow-ups accordingly.

8. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

9. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

10. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams on registrations and customer requirements.

11. Share recurring customer feedback and objections with the management team to improve sales messaging.

12.
