We are Hiring for Sales Engineer / Sr Sales Manager for a leading construction equipment manufacturing companyLocations : Delhi / Gurugram / NoidaJob RequirementGood experience in selling Construction / Fire Safety / Elevator / Lift / Escalator manufacturing companyDevelop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for equipment and elevator systems.Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.Provide detailed technical and application advice to customers on equipment and elevator solutions.Identify and assess customer needs through site visits, consultations, and discussions.Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.Maintain and build relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Oversee the technical aspects of sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process or order finalization.Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.Skills2-10 years of proven experience as a sales or in a similar role in Construction / Fire Safety / Elevator / Lift / Escalator manufacturing companyStrong written and verbal communication skills.Strong technical knowledge of equipment and elevator systems.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Time management and ability to meet deadlinesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
