Compensation & Advantages

• CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA
• Travel Allowance: 5,000 per month
• GMC: 2 Lakhs
• Accidental Cover: 10 Lakhs
• Monthly Incentives: Up to 1 Lakh

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance agents/advisors.
• Build and maintain a strong agency network.
• Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and develop market relationships.
• Train and support agents to improve productivity.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in health insurance / life insurance / general insurance agency channel preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and local market visits.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Candidates with an existing agent/advisor network will be preferred.
