Key Responsibilities:

Proactively conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate interest and qualify leads.

Clearly present and introduce our digital marketing services to key decision-makers.

Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales/pre-sales team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records, call statuses, and responses using CRM tools.

Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.

Use LinkedIn for basic research to identify and approach relevant target audiences (preferred).

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain a feedback loop.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling or outbound lead generation roles.

Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.

Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a performance-based workplace.

Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to handle rejection positively and professionally.
