Our leadership has managed large-scale workforce operations across aviation, hospitality and healthcare. We are building our Andhra Pradesh base in Visakhapatnam and already serve leading hotel brands in the city. The Role We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Manager to build and run our Andhra Pradesh business from Vizag. You will win manpower contracts from SEZs, factories, industrial belts and service establishments, then deliver them end to end, from sourcing and deployment through retention and collection of payment. What You Will Do - Win clients in Vizag SEZs, pharma and manufacturing units, ports, logistics hubs and industrial belts for ITI, Diploma, skill-certified and 8th/10th/12th pass manpower - Grow facility management business in housekeeping, security, F&B and support services - Prepare manpower costing and proposals, negotiate commercials and secure work orders - Build candidate pipelines through ITIs, polytechnics, skilling centres, employment exchanges and community networks across AP and Odisha - Manage deployed staff on site, including attendance, replacements, grievances, accommodation and welfare - Ensure PF, ESI, minimum wage and contract labour compliance with the HR team - Drive timely billing and collections, and report weekly on pipeline, deployments, attrition and receivables How Success Is Measured New Business Development 40% | Candidate Sourcing 20% | Candidate Retention 20% | Client Bill Realisation 20% What We Are Looking For - 5–10 years in staffing, manpower outsourcing, facility management or B2B services sales, with at least 2 years in Andhra Pradesh - Proven record of winning manpower contracts and deploying staff at scale - Strong network in Vizag's industrial and SEZ clusters - Telugu and English essential; Hindi or Odia a plus - Comfortable with field work and extensive local travel; own two-wheeler preferred - Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred What We Offer Fixed salary plus performance incentives linked to deployments and collections, and the chance to build a regional business from the ground up.
