Retail Operations - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and process customer orders accurately and within defined timelines.

2. Coordinate order fulfilment from order receipt through dispatch and delivery.

3. Ensure orders are picked, packed and processed as per defined standards.

4. Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

5. Assist with inventory tracking, stock counts, reconciliation and maintaining accurate stock records.

6. Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.

7. Support stock movement, inward/outward processes and related documentation.

8. Coordinate with delivery/logistics partners for smooth order dispatch and resolution of delivery-related issues.

9. Maintain daily operational trackers and reports related to orders, inventory and fulfilment.

10. Support retail operations and assist with day-to-day store requirements when needed.

11. Identify and flag discrepancies in orders, inventory or operational processes.

12. Ensure all operational processes are followed consistently and accurately.

13.
