About the job:As a software sales & customer support executive at Winze Technology, you will play a key role in driving our growth through your expertise in sales, sales support, customer support, and onboarding. You will work closely with our sales team to generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and close deals. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer support to ensure our clients have a seamless onboarding experience and receive ongoing support post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, and develop strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities.

2. Provide sales support by creating and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective customer support through various channels.

4. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

5. Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

6. Create and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform sales and support strategies.
