GeM Portal Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Register, update, and maintain the company profile, brand approvals, and catalog listings on the GeM Portal. Bid & Tender Tracking: Search, identify, and analyze relevant government bids, matching requests for quotation (RFQs), custom bids, and reverse auctions (RAs). Documentation & Submission: Prepare technical and commercial compliance statements, evaluate ATC (Additional Terms and Conditions) / STC guidelines, and submit bids within strict deadlines. OEM & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for authorization codes, product catalogs, and specialized compliance documents. Order & Contract Execution: Follow up on awarded Purchase Orders (POs), contract fulfillments, invoice processing, and payment tracking. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to public procurement policies, including MSE (Micro and Small Enterprises) guidelines, Make in India, and Startup India norms. Reporting: Maintain daily MIS reports regarding bid participation, win-loss ratios, and operational milestones. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience: 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience handling the GeM portal, e-procurement, or government tenders. Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), online tendering workflows, and procurement rules. Software Proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, time management, and cross-functional coordination.
