International Customer Support Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated International Customer Support Executive to join our team in Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved efficiently. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English and any other relevant languages.
• Experience in international BPO or call center environments is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with international sales processes and customer support best practices.
