About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Manage interview schedules and coordinate between international employers and candidates.

2. Track candidate pipelines, selections, documentation, visa/deployment status, and joining.

3. Maintain accurate placement MIS and provide regular updates to management.

4. Drive repeat hiring and ensure strong post-placement relationships with employers.

5. Connect with students and candidate placements

6. Identify and acquire international employers and B2B clients across GCC, Hospitality, Cruise, Retail & F&B sectors.
