Position: Operations & Client Servicing Executive

Location: Pune

Industry: Wealth Management / Mutual Funds / Financial Services The role involves supporting day-to-day investment operations while ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle mutual fund and investment-related operationsProcess transactions, account opening and documentationCoordinate KYC, FATCA and other client documentationAssist clients with service requests and transaction-related queriesMaintain and update client records and MISCoordinate with AMCs, platforms and other service providersTrack pending transactions and ensure timely closureSupport Relationship Managers in client servicingMaintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and confidentiality

Preferred Candidate

Experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / Banking / Financial Services preferredGood communication and client-handling skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-upComfortable with Excel, reporting and financial-service platformsKnowledge of mutual fund operations will be an advantage
