One of our client  a Multi-Family Office and Advisory firm, is a subsidiary of leading financial services and Wealth mgt firm a leading player in FX and Treasury management for over 20 years.We provide tailored investment solutions to High-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, single-family businesses, and trusts. Our bespoke investment advisory services are crafted to meet the unique objectives of each client, offering a "state-of-the-art" approach. Our extensive industry network, collaborations, and credibility are the cornerstone of our success. It is a one stop Treasury and FX Solutions firm that has been successfully established for more than 20 years. We engage with Indian and global clients ranging from Rs. 200 crs to Rs.10000 crs topline in various industries.Its wealth Management arm which is a multifamily office and helps multiple family offices and HNI's. Under the leadership of its CEO its team has catered to over 950 clients and has managed a cumulative client exposure of over 20 billion USD across various industries.

Role Overview:

As an AVP/ Senior Manager - Treasury and FX Sales, you will be at the forefront of delivering sophisticated treasury and foreign exchange solutions to our corporate clients. Your day-to-day will involve understanding client needs, structuring tailored FX and treasury strategies, and executing transactions to optimize their financial performance. You will collaborate closely with relationship managers, trading desks, and product specialists to provide integrated solutions. This role directly impacts our clients' bottom line by mitigating FX risk, enhancing returns on surplus funds, and streamlining their treasury operations, ultimately strengthening client relationships and driving revenue growth for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute FX and treasury sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing clients in the corporate segment.
• Conduct thorough client needs analysis to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling treasury and FX products.
• Structure and present customized FX hedging strategies, money market solutions, and other treasury products to meet specific client objectives.
• Collaborate with the trading desk to provide competitive pricing and efficient execution of FX and money market transactions.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to provide timely and relevant market insights to clients.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements related to FX and treasury sales.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful FX and treasury sales strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Proven expertise in structuring and selling a wide range of FX and treasury products, including spot, forwards, options, and money market instruments.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory requirements related to FX and treasury operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
