SAP HCM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in Karnataka or Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM, specifically in Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) functionalities. As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP HCM solutions to enhance our HR processes and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR teams to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules, focusing on ESS and MSS functionalities.
• Provide support and training to end-users on SAP HCM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM trends and best practices to ensure our solutions are current and effective.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.

Required Skills:
