Coordinate interior layouts with:    Commercial kitchen equipment    Electrical    Plumbing    HVAC   Exhaust/ventilation    Fire & safety requirements    MEP services Prepare detailed drawings suitable for execution and fabrication. Prepare material, finish and furniture specifications. Coordinate with estimation and procurement teams to ensure designs remain within budget. Visit project sites and take measurements. Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, MEP engineers and site teams. Review site execution against approved drawings. Make revisions based on site conditions and client requirements. Prepare client presentations, mood boards and material selections. Maintain project drawings and revisions systematically. Coordinate with the engineering/fabrication team for customized furniture, counters, partitions and other fabricated items. Software skills Essential: AutoCAD, SketchUp ,Enscape Advantage: SolidWorks 3D rendering Knowledge of commercial kitchen layouts Knowledge of MEP coordination
