Network Operations Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to configure networking devices, support customer installations, and help our field sales team deliver product demos across Bangalore. Responsibilities Set up routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and SD-WAN appliances. Configure LAN/WAN connections, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and basic firewall rules. Prepare demo equipment and assist sales teams during customer visits and proof-of-concept deployments. Troubleshoot connectivity issues remotely and on-site. Monitor network health, handle support tickets, and escalate issues to engineering. Maintain installation checklists, network diagrams, and equipment inventory. Requirements Practical understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, NAT, VLANs, and VPNs. Comfortable using Linux basics, SSH, ping, traceroute, and network diagnostic tools. Good communication skills and willingness to travel locally for installations and demos. Diploma or degree in IT, computer science, electronics, or equivalent practical experience. CCNA, MikroTik, firewall, or CCTV/IP-camera experience is a plus. Ideal candidate: Someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, can independently set up a small office network, and confidently support customers and sales teams.
