International Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an experienced International Customer Support Executive to join our voice process team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience handling international customers over voice and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Position: International Customer Support Executive Voice Process

Location: Noida (Sector 144)

Salary: Up to 4.3 LPA

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.Deliver a high-quality customer experience through professional and courteous communication.Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the system.Requirements
