Event Planner - Full Time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Planner to join our team in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in planning and executing a wide range of events. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.Key Responsibilities:- Event Design and Conceptualization: Collaborate with clients to create unique themes and design concepts for various events, ensuring their vision is brought to life.- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and that events are executed within financial guidelines.- Vendor Coordination: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and audio-visual teams, to ensure quality service delivery.- Logistics Planning: Handle all logistical details, including venue selection, transportation, setup, and onsite management, to ensure smooth event execution.- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on plans and progress to ensure their expectations are met.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
