About the internship:Fiorawall is a design-first wallpaper brand creating premium wall murals and designer wallpapers for homes, offices, hotels, caf s, and commercial spaces.

We are looking for a Sales Intern who enjoys talking to people, understands customer needs, and is interested in sales, design, and e-commerce. You will communicate with customers, recommend suitable wallpaper designs, follow up with leads, and help convert enquiries into orders.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media.

2. Understand customer requirements, space, style, and budget, and recommend suitable products.

3. Explain wallpaper types, sizes, samples, pricing, and installation basics.

4. Follow up with leads and customers who have not completed their purchase.

5. Reach out to interior designers, architects, and commercial clients to build relationships.

6. Maintain customer and lead information in CRM or Google Sheets.

7. Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

8.
