Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading engineering projects and teams, with a strong focus on data engineering and cloud technologies. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions that leverage Snowflake and Azure Data Factory (ADF). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our data architecture meets the needs of the business and supports our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake and ADF.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and cloud computing.
