Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both domestic and international customer inquiries through calls, chat, and email. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate product information and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will build rapport with customers and document all interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary. Staying updated on new products and company policies will be essential to your success in this position.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Graduate from a recognized university.
• Freshers to 1 year of experience in customer service are encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable with rotational shifts.
