Garment Manufacturing Supervisor / Production In-Charge Location: IIM Road, Lucknow Experience: 3-8 years in garment manufacturing Type: Full-time Role We are looking for an experienced Garment Manufacturing Supervisor / Production In-Charge who can independently manage the end-to-end garment manufacturing process from raw material and cutting to stitching, finishing, quality, packing and dispatch. Ensure orders are completed on time and as per required quality standards . Candidate Requirements 3-8 years of hands-on experience in garment manufacturing. Strong understanding of production and factory operations. Experience managing workers and hiring production staff. Good knowledge of sewing machines and garment processes. Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for production tracking. Should be hands-on, responsible and capable of independently managing the factory.
