Data Entry Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day data entry, record

maintenance, documentation, and system updates. The candidate should have good typing accuracy,

basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.

Maintain and organize digital and physical records and documents.

Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.

Update inventory, stock, order, dispatch, or operational records as required.

Prepare and maintain daily reports and data sheets.

Handle data-related documentation and filing.

Coordinate with warehouse and other departments for required information.

Maintain confidentiality of company and operational data.

Complete assigned data-entry tasks within timelines.

Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain records and handle repetitive data-entry work.
