Accounts Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the real estate sector, demonstrating expertise in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations, including GST and TDS, and assist in audits as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency in operations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with GST and TDS regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
