Customer Success Executive

Key Responsibilities·      Act as the primary coordination point between clients, vendors, and internal teams.·      Coordinate with clients and vendors to understand requirements and ensure timely execution.·      Schedule and coordinate client meetings, review meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions.·      Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on ongoing activities.·      Handle post-app support and coordinate with the relevant technical/support team for issue resolution.·      Follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure client concerns are resolved within the required timelines.·       Manage and execute the client onboarding process, ensuring all required activities are completed smoothly.·      Collect, verify, maintain, and organize client-related documents and records.·      Coordinate with clients for completion of required documentation, forms, agreements, and other onboarding formalities.Required Skills·      Excellent communication and coordination skills.·      Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.·      Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.·      Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.·      Good documentation and record-management skills.·      Strong organizational and time-management skills.·      Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.·      Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/internal teams.·      Problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of ownership.·      Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Candidate Profile·      Graduate in any discipline.·      1–3 years of experience in Client Coordination, Client Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Operations, or similar roles.·      Candidates with experience in EdTech, School ERP, SaaS, IT services, or software-based products will be preferred.·      Should be comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams through calls, emails, and meetings.
