Requirements: Prior experience as a property caretaker, watchman, facility caretaker or similar role preferred (freshers may also apply). Should be trustworthy, disciplined and comfortable staying on-site at the property. Basic reading/writing ability to maintain registers. Should be comfortable with rotational duty/night shift as required. Honest, punctual and courteous with tenants.
