Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR Region, Goa, Karnataka, or Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and hospitality, with a proven track record of driving revenue and building lasting relationships with clients. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive bookings.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
