Outreach & Sales (Calling) - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:This is a REMOTE (work-from-home) internship. Fixed stipend: Rs 6,000 - 8,000 per month. Hybrid option: if you live in Delhi NCR and can work 3 days a week from our Gurugram office (Palam Vihar), the fixed stipend goes up to Rs 8,000 - 10,000 per month.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling warm leads every day: parents and students who enquired through our website, Instagram/Meta ads, interest forms, and referrals about Taivas' debate, public speaking, and MUN programmes for school students

2. Understanding each child's age, goals, and level, and recommending the right programme (online batches, bootcamps, or competitions)

3. Answering questions on fees, schedules and outcomes, booking free trial classes, and following up after the trial

4. Following up on calls, WhatsApp and email until the lead enrols, and helping families complete payment and onboarding

5. Reaching out to schools with our partnerships team to set up workshops, bootcamps and student sign-ups

6. Logging every call in the CRM (status, next step, reason if lost) and sharing a short end-of-day report

2. Hybrid (optional, Delhi NCR only): Work 3 days a week from our office in Palam Vihar, Gurugram (near Dwarka), and the remaining days from home. Fixed stipend of ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month.

3. You must have a working laptop/phone and a stable internet connection for calls.

About the Work:

Taivas Debate Club has trained 15,000+ school students, works with 50+ partner schools, and has conducted bootcamps with the debating societies of IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, and IIT Kanpur.

You will be selling a product that parents already ask about while developing sales, counselling, and CRM skills that can be applied to a wide range of business roles.
