Operations Associate - Fresher

About the job:We're building a global art business from India. And we need someone who can make things happen. 90% Exports currently happen to the US. We create custom, handmade paintings for clients around the world. Every order is different different people, different stories, different artists, different deadlines. Your job? Keep the whole thing moving. You'll work at the intersection of people, art & operations coordinating with artists, designers, production teams and customers to make sure every painting goes from idea artwork doorstep smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate custom painting orders from start to finish

2. Work closely with artists, designers and internal teams

3. Track deadlines, revisions and production progress

4. Spot problems before they become problems

5. Keep projects organised and moving on time

6. Help improve the way we work as we scale globally

7. Handle the occasional 'oh shit, this needs fixing' moment
