Hiring For Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to selection, hiring, and onboarding. This role is responsible for identifying the right talent through Non-Technical Hiring, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, and ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will source candidates through job portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms, screen and evaluate applications, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate hiring activities, and support onboarding documentation.
