The role involves field sales, dealer/channel management, and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets.   Key Responsibilities Generate new business through site visits, dealer visits, and market mapping Develop and manage dealers, distributors, consultants, and contractors Meet EPC contractors, builders, electrical contractors, and project engineers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order execution Maintain daily visit reports and weekly sales reports Track payments and support collections as per company policy Monitor competitor activities and market trends   Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills Field sales and territory management Customer relationship management Basic technical understanding of electrical/earthing products Ability to work independently and meet targets       Qualification: ·      MBA Sales & Marketing ·       Graduate with relevant sales experience may also apply Experience Minimum 2 years of sales experience in electrical, earthing, cable tray, or allied products Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered for junior roles Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in B2B / project sales Local market knowledge of the assigned city Willingness to travel extensively within the territory Salary & Benefits As per industry standards + incentives Travel allowance and performance-based incentives
