E-Commerce Operations - Internship (Part Time)

About the internship:We are looking for an ecommerce operations intern who can help us manage the day-to-day order operations and customer coordination that happen after an order is placed.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate and print shipping labels for customer orders

2. Coordinate with the warehouse/team to ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time

3. Call or WhatsApp customers for order confirmation when required

4. Coordinate with customers regarding undelivered orders, delivery attempts, address issues, customer unavailability, rescheduling deliveries, product unavailability, and order cancellations and returns

5. Track RTO (return to origin) orders and follow up to understand the reason for non-delivery

6. Coordinate with courier partners for delivery, RTO, and return-related issues

7. Track returned products and coordinate with the team for quality checks and refunds

8. Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, RTOs, and customer communication

9. Follow up on pending orders and ensure there are no unnecessary delays

10. Identify recurring operational issues and share insights with the team

11.
