Position: Phone Banking Officer Bank PayrollLocations: Airoli / Juinagar / Andheri / Thane

Job Requirements:

Inbound customer service and upselling of banking products

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information promptly

Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

Collaborate with teams to improve support processes

Graduate freshers with hard-copy results and degree certificate can apply

Salary: Freshers 3.5 LPA; Experienced up to 5.5 LPA, depending on relevant experience

6 rotational week-offs

Age limit: 30 years

Excellent communication skills required
