About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and post rental property listings and ads across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace and local community groups) to attract quality tenants

2. Plan, run and monitor Facebook ad campaigns, including writing engaging captions and selecting the right photos for each property

3. Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective tenants over calls, WhatsApp and social media messages, sharing property details and answering their questions

4. Understand each tenant's requirements (budget, preferred location, move-in date) and schedule property visits

5. Maintain an organised lead tracker and follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed tenants

6. Coordinate with the team and property owners on availability, photos and listing updates

7. Track which posts and ads perform best and suggest ideas to improve reach and lead quality
