Technical Support - Internship

About the internship:We are looking for a technical support intern to provide on-site and remote support to clients. The role involves handling hardware, networking, and server-related issues, along with assisting clients via phone, email, and chat.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide technical support through calls, email, and chat

2. Visit client locations in Mumbai and outstation when required for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training

3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, networking devices, servers, and GPU systems

4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues

5. Maintain proper documentation of client queries and resolutions

6. Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical solutions

7.
