About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise civil works at solar project sites.

2. Manage excavation, PCC, foundations, piling, and structural works.

3. Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.

4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.

5. Monitor quality, safety, manpower, and material usage.

6. Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.

7. Ensure timely completion of assigned civil works.

8. Identify and resolve site-related issues.

9. Conduct measurements and verify contractor work.

10.
