Job Description -Technical Project ManagerJob Title: Technical Project ManagerLocation: Bhopal / Bangalore (On-site)Experience Required: 7+ YearsIndustry: Fintech / SaaS / Software Development Role OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who can bridge the gap between management and developers. The TPM will manage Android, Frontend, and Backend teams, ensure smooth development processes, track progress, evaluate output quality, resolve technical issues, and deliver timely reports. Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Team ManagementManage daily tasks for Android, Frontend, and Backend developersConduct daily stand-ups, weekly planning, and reviewsTrack progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely deliveryMaintain sprint boards, task estimations, and timelinesTechnical Requirement TranslationConvert business requirements into technical tasksCommunicate requirements clearly to developersCreate user stories, flow diagrams, and PRDsEnsure requirements are understood and implemented correctlyQuality & Build ReviewValidate build quality, UI/UX flow, functionalityCheck API integrations, errors, performance issuesEnsure coding practices and architecture guidelines are followedPerform preliminary QA before handover to testing or clientsIssue ResolutionIdentify development issues earlyCoordinate with developers to fix bugsEscalate major issues to founders with clear insightsReporting & DocumentationDaily/weekly reports to managementSprint documentation, release notesMaintain project documentation & version control processesCross-Team CommunicationAct as the single point of contact for managementAlign multiple tech teams with business goalsCoordinate with HR and operations for resource planning Required SkillsStrong understanding of Android, Web (Frontend/React), Backend development flowsKnowledge of APIs, Git, CI/CD, basic testingExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesAbility to review builds and suggest improvementsStrong documentation skills (Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana)Excellent communication & leadershipAbility to handle pressure and multiple projects Good to HavePrior experience in Fintech projectsBasic knowledge of UI/UXExperience in preparing FSD/BRD/PRDQA experience or understanding of test cases Salary Range: 9 to 12 LPA
