Lead - B2B MarketingLocation: GurgaonExperience: 8-12 YearsAbout the Opportunity:We are working with a high-growth, venture-backed fintech building innovative financial-wellness solutions for employees and enterprises. We are looking for an entrepreneurial B2B Marketing Lead to build the demand-generation engine, strengthen enterprise positioning and drive high-quality pipeline.Key Responsibilities:- Own the B2B marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.- Build demand generation across digital, content, events, partnerships and ABM.- Generate qualified enterprise leads and improve MQL-to-SQL and lead-to-revenue conversion.- Develop positioning and messaging for CHROs, HR, Rewards, Finance and CXO audiences.- Build thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, research, events, PR and executive branding.- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, account penetration and pipeline conversion.- Own CRM, marketing automation, campaign analytics and attribution.- Track pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, conversion and revenue impact.- Build and manage the marketing team, agencies and external partners.Ideal Candidate:- 8-12 years of B2B marketing experience, with 3 years in demand generation/growth.- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, HRTech, Employee Benefits or Enterprise Technology.- Proven experience generating enterprise pipeline.- Strong understanding of ABM, digital marketing, content, CRM and marketing automation.- Experience marketing to CHROs, HR Heads, Rewards, Finance and CXOs.- Strong Sales-Marketing collaboration and commercial orientation.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment.- Hands-on, data-driven and entrepreneurial. .
