Candidate Requirements2–5 years of experience in a Supervisor / Operations / Warehouse / Production role. Proven ability to manage and supervise a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and computer operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets. Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and proactive approach towards work. Candidates with experience in e-commerce, FMCG, manufacturing, warehouse, packing or dispatch operations will be preferred.
