Hiring: Shift Incharge Injection Molding | Immediate Joiner
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 612 Years in Injection Molding
Key Responsibilities:
Manage injection molding shift operations
Monitor machine performance, cycle time & productivity
Ensure quality, safety & adherence to process parameters
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality & Production teams
Manage shop-floor manpower and achieve shift production targets
Maintain production records and ensure smooth shift operations
Ideal Profile: Hands-on leader with strong knowledge of injection molding processes and shop-floor management.
