The role is responsible for building a scalable delivery organization capable of supporting long-term business growth.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience

1520 years of professional experience.

Minimum 7 years leading engineering delivery organizations.

Experience in Engineering Services, Product Engineering or Engineering Staffing.

Strong customer-facing experience.

Experience managing large engineering teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

MBA preferred but not mandatory.
