The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed safely, correctly, and within the required timeline. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate elevator installation at project sites. - Read and understand technical drawings, layouts, and installation specifications. - Coordinate with technicians, contractors, site teams, and clients during installation. - Ensure installation work follows company standards and safety procedures. - Inspect installation work and identify technical issues or defects. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. - Coordinate with the service/maintenance team when required. - Maintain installation reports, site records, and other relevant documentation. - Resolve basic technical and site-related issues and escalate complex issues to senior management. - Ensure proper handling and installation of elevator components and equipment. Requirements - Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field. - Experience in elevator/lift installation, construction, electrical, or mechanical projects will be preferred. - Good knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems. - Ability to read technical drawings and follow installation procedures. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Willingness to travel to project sites as required. - Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities. Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply. Salary: As per experience and company standards.
