Quality Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and automation testing, with a strong focus on leading teams to deliver high-quality software products. As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, implementing best practices, and ensuring that all testing activities align with the overall project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium with Java, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage for APIs and web applications.
• Manage the CI/CD pipeline to streamline the testing process and enhance deployment efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews of testing methodologies and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to QA methodologies and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide detailed reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Selenium with Java and experience in API automation.
• Strong knowledge of BDD frameworks, particularly Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with various testing frameworks and QA methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
