We're looking for a highly driven Founding Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and help us build the future of AI-powered healthcare.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning quickly, and working directly with the founders to grow a product that makes a real impact.

What You'll Do

Execute end-to-end marketing and sales initiatives.

Plan and run growth campaigns across multiple channels.

Create engaging AI-assisted content for social media and marketing.

Record or coordinate authentic UGC (User-Generated Content) videos for product promotion.

Work closely with the founders on customer acquisition, brand building, and growth experiments.

Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results.

What We're Looking For

Prior hands-on experience in marketing and sales.

Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.

Comfortable using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.).

Confident creating or appearing in UGC-style videos, or willing to learn.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Someone who enjoys solving problems, experimenting, and delivering results.
