YsecIT - AI Prompt Engineer - Generative AI

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Create effective prompt frameworks for conversational AI, chatbots, copilots, summarization, content generation, and automation workflows.

• Fine-tune prompt strategies to improve AI response accuracy, relevance, and contextual understanding.

• Work with AI/ML teams to integrate Generative AI models into enterprise applications.

• Evaluate AI model outputs and implement prompt engineering best practices.

• Build reusable prompt libraries, templates, and workflows.

• Conduct experimentation and A/B testing for prompt optimization.

• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand use cases and AI requirements.

• Ensure responsible AI usage, governance, and compliance standards.

• Monitor AI performance metrics and continuously improve output quality.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and AI frameworks.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Hands-on experience with :

a. OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs

b. Azure OpenAI

c. Google Gemini

d. Anthropic Claude

e. LangChain / LlamaIndex

• Knowledge of NLP concepts and prompt engineering techniques.

• Experience with Python scripting and API integrations.

• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.

• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS.

• Experience with AI model evaluation and fine-tuning concepts.

• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning workflows.

• Knowledge of AI ethics, hallucination handling, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Skills :

• Exposure to AI agents and autonomous workflows.

• Experience with Hugging Face models and open-source LLMs.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of MLOps or AI deployment pipelines.

• Experience in chatbot or virtual assistant development.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Generative AI are preferred.
