Technical Team Lead

Understanding product features, preparing technical documentation.

Take ownership over project timelines and deliverables.

Contribute to the design, architecture and build of our Core Platform.

Help scale the platform and build out new features.

Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.

Self-directed, but also work well with other engineers.

Write well designed, testable, efficient code.

Anticipate future technical needs and craft plans to realize them, and balance feature development with investments in tech debt reduction.

The ability to combine speed and quality and that you can achieve both at same time.

Excited about working for a startup and moving quickly.

Experience in team handling will be a plus.

Work with customers for understanding requirements whenever needed.
