Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conceptualizing high-impact scripts, scroll-stopping hooks, and sharp captions designed to drive virality and audience growth across multiple brands owned by the company.

2. Staying ahead of trends, platform algorithms, and viral formats across Instagram and YouTube to create content that doesn't just follow trends but sets them.

3. Executing end-to-end content creation, from shooting to editing, with a strong focus on building high-performing, shareable short-form videos.

4. Collaborating with design and strategy teams to craft content that is not only creative, but culturally relevant and conversation-driving.

5. Leading content creation with ownership, building a recognizable content style, growing a loyal audience, and positioning yourself as a key face behind fast-growing brands.

6. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
