Export Executive - Baddi Solan

We are looking for an experienced Export Executive to join our team in Baddi. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in export operations and should be male, as per our requirements for this role.Key Responsibilities:- Manage Export Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary export documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export licenses to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.- Coordinate with Shipping Lines: Communicate regularly with shipping lines to arrange for transportation and handle logistics efficiently while ensuring timely delivery of goods.- Liaise with Customs Authorities: Work closely with customs officials to resolve any issues related to exports and ensure all shipments meet customs regulations and requirements.- Track Shipments: Monitor the status of exports to ensure that shipments arrive on time and address any delays or complications that may arise.- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide them with updates on their orders and address any queries or concerns they may have.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate should possess strong knowledge of export procedures and regulations.
